CRIMINALS AT AERO VODOCHODY. WHISTLEBLOWER REPORTS. In December 2013 an organized gang of employees led by VP Manufacturing was intercepted at Aero. VP Manufacturing was fired with two other employees. The gang was making large assemblies for various machinery companies. The work and material was charged to programs such as Boeing, Sikorski, Embraer, C-27J, Airbus,Saab, Sonaca/Bombardier and others. Losses to the company reached staggering amounts. Aero and its parent company Penta Investments based in Cyprus decided to eat those losses and cover everything up. A bogus police investigation was launched and was supervised by state prosecutor. 125 employees were interrogated. (!!!!!) Obviously to create a smoke screen. Aero Security Director David Pacola (ex police) cooperated with police and led them to dead end. So did the Aero Vodochody president Ladislav Simek.(fired in May 2016) Police “forgot” to look at charges filed by certain employee. These charges “were not so substantial” as to warrant further investigation, police announced. The state prosecutor approved this step and said that thorough investigation went smoothly and according to law. No other submissions will be dealt with. In fact, the case was not investigated by national commercial crime unit but local town police “experts” in East Bohemia county. (!!!!!) At the end it has been announced that only one employee (NC programming dep’t lead) has committed a petty crime and he fully compensated Aero for the losses. ($ 200) REALLY? (LAAAAAAUGHTER !!!) Thus the case didn’t make it to trial. Trials are public. Right? Aero does not want any publicity here. The heads would then roll BIG TIME ! How did he make the large assemblies? He worked in the office. How did he manage to haul it through the plant gates ? According to police the VP Manufacturing and shop floor lead left the company for other reasons and were NOT involved in criminal activity of any kind. (LAUGHTER !!!) Other members of the gang are kept in as a reward for disclosing as to how the “business within business” operated. CASE CLOSED ! DISPERSE ! Czech press and TV are not interested . Should the case break out, the Czech government and Brussels would be forced to get to the bottom of things. Why Brussels? The EU provided free funds to the tune of € 3.65 MM to finance set up of assembly lines for Embraer KC-390. Aero claimed that these funds will be used for set up of R&D center though. No R&D center has ever been built though !! Fraud? YOU BET! A note has been sent to OLAF in Brussels that a subsidy fraud and jeopardy of EU financial interests took place at Aero. OLAF announced that they will not investigate because there is no evidence! (LAUGHTER !!!) Well, the evidence can be seen right on the shop floor at Aero plant, building 1 and 59. The assembly jigs are installed there. They are not used for R&D but for serial production of conventional aerostructures of Embraer KC-390. Good work OLAF ! OLAF covering up crimes? YOU BET ! Apparently this case stinks to high heaven, therefore no one is willing to touch it. Not even OLAF which has been set up to investigate fraud. The rule that has been in effect for thousands of years applies here as well. THE MORE YOU STEAL, THE MORE IMMUNE YOU ARE !!!!! YOU STEAL $ 1.000, YOU GO TO JAIL. YOU STEAL $ 100 MM, YOU GET PROMOTED. THE GUY WHO REPORTED IT WILL BE DESTROYED COURTESY OF THE TAXPAYER. THE TAXPAYER WILL PAY POLICE “INVESTIGATORS” ISSUING FABRICATED ACCUSATIONS AND JAILING OF THE WHISTLEBLOWER WHILE ALL OTHERS ARE LAUGHING ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK !
