Boeing Statement on Kalitta Air Crash in Bogotá
SEATTLE, July 07, 2008 --
The Boeing Company extends its profound condolences to the family and friends of those killed in the crash of a Kalitta Air 747-200 near Bogotá July 7, as well as our wishes for the speedy recovery of those injured. Boeing will send a technical expert to the accident site to assist the Colombian authorities with the investigation.
