SKYTEAM FLYING HIGH AS OFFICIAL AIRLINE ALLIANCE NETWORK OF THE 47TH INTERNATIONAL PARIS AIR SHOW

Alliance will provide air travel management services to show organizers and attendees

PARIS, June 2, 2006 - SkyTeam, the global airline alliance, announced it will be the official alliance of the 2007 Paris Air Show, after signing International Paris Air Show Le Bourget as the first SkyTeam Global Meetings customer. SkyTeam will provide the event organizers with a streamlined process for arranging travel for the show's attendees and exhibitors. This agreement comes less than a month after the initial launch of the new SkyTeam Global Meetings product.

"The agreement with SkyTeam provides an efficient and cost-effective way for us to manage the air travel of our hundreds of thousands of attendees and exhibitors," said Mr. Louis Le Portz, Commissioner General of the Air Show." This partnership with the alliance allows us to provide our customers with additional services and reduce costs for participation in this event. It also allows our attendees flexibility and choice in travel planning through SkyTeam's many flight options."

Through the contract, SkyTeam will assist the organizers of the 47th International Paris Air Show Le Bourget, taking place June 18-24, 2007, by coordinating all air travel needs across the participating airlines via one single point of contact. The SkyTeam Global Meetings product allows International Paris Air Show event organizers to offer attractive or discounted fares to event attendees traveling on participating airlines. Show organizers also have the opportunity to take part in special incentive programs and earn travel certificates, based on the number of attendees carried by each participating member of the SkyTeam alliance.

Show exhibitors and attendees can access schedules for all SkyTeam member airlines, as well as Paris airport, city and business guides through a customized Web page on www.skyteam.com. Exhibitors and attendees can also access booking instructions for all participating SkyTeam airlines, gain access to attractive fares or special discounts and earn frequent flier miles on any SkyTeam frequent flier program.

"SkyTeam strives to offer its customers a hassle-free travel planning experience and the Global Meetings product is no exception," said Franck THIEBAUT, Chairman of SkyTeam's Sales Coordination Committee and Vice President Alliance Marketing, Air France. "This agreement will ease the travel management process for the air show organizers and provide air show attendees with quick access to flight options and travel information. SkyTeam's worldwide network of nearly 15,000 daily flights offers attendees, who come from all over the world, greater control over their travel plans. We look forward to working with the International Paris Air Show to provide air travel accommodation in 2007."
Organized every two years by the GIFAS (French Aerospace Industries Association), the International Paris Air Show Le Bourget is the world's longest-established aerospace event. In 2005, the event drew more than 1,900 exhibitors from 41 countries and attracted 480,000
