Luxembourg Air Ambulance S.A. is currently looking for a new Flight Operation Control Officer (FOCO) with the following qualifications & experience.

Organ Transport Team “helpdesk”

  •  Answer general requests
  •  Provide daily availability in accordance with our partners
  •  Weather and NOTAM check
  •  Provide aircrafts for organ teams
  •  Dispatch & Optimize the available fleet
  •  Liaise with our partners

Sales EAA (Air Ambulance)

  • Answer general requests
  • Provide air ambulance quotations to the clients
  • Ensure customer monitoring and flight following

Dispatch – Flight Operation Control Officer

  •  Provide flight brief and movement message to the client
  •  Flight preparation & Flight routing
  •  Company flight plan via PPS
  •  Delay, re-routing, diversion
  •  Weather & NOTAM check
  •  ATC slot & Airport slot request
  •  Handling request & Overfly & landing permits
  •  Crew briefing
  •  24 hours flight following

Essential requirements for the position:

  • Very good communication skills.
  • Be trustworthy, honest, integer, business minded and support the values of our company.
  • Be people and team oriented and also be able to work independently
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in French & English are mandatory. Any other languages will be considered as an advantage.
  • PC skills : Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
  • The use of PPS, APG would be considered as an asset.
