WHO ARE WE ? The Sales Department is looking for : Export Sales & Business Development Manager Middle East regions & Africa (M/F) Based in Toulouse (France) WHO ARE YOU ? Are you graduated from Business school or Engineering school ? Do you have a significant experience (more than 10 years) in a business departement ? Do you have a good knowledge of Africa & Middle East regions ? Do you have a successful experience in the set-up of international cooperations ? Do you understand the processes towards creation and implementation of joint-ventures ? Are you fluent in English and are you able to lead trade negociations ? Have you ever worked in a foreign country or with a multicultural team ? Are you able to work within complex organizations in a multiple stakeholders environment, and with high level contacts ? Are you interested in high technologies, innovation and space related domains ? Are you a leader and are you able to mobilize and animate a team ? Are you proactive and able to develop interpersonal relationships and customer intimacy ? Do you have a proven success in deal closure ? WHAT CAN WE DO TOGETHER : As an Export Sales & Business Development Manager, you will be in charge of the following missions : Act as Capture Team Leader for specific complex projects, leading a multi-disciplinary team For a defined list of countries within Africa and Middle East-Africa you will : oDevelop business with current customers and extend customers portfolio in the allocated regions oEstablish, implement and conduct a sales policy for all Business Lines of Thales Alenia Space (Telecom, Observation, Exploration & Navigation) Manage and ensure focus on sales and business development activities in the regions/countries for directs sales or in relation with a joint-venture scheme Develop intimacy with the customers and partners and maintain multi-level relationships to ensure understanding of their organization and processes, needs and constraints and to achieve influence over the decision process Negociate agreementand negotiate agreements and contracts with the assistance of Legal/Contracts Liaise and ensure good relationships with French and Italian official authorities to get their support for the regional business Contribute to the internal reporting system by providing timely inputs for the region and contribute to the analysis of intelligence on customers competitors market You will be required to go on business trips for this job.
